Gift cards will be given if you are registered by me with the property under the name Yolanda Kennedy prior to you contacting or touring. Yolanda Kennedy needs to be put on any guest cards and applications at any property you are registered at.
If the property reimburses Yolanda Kennedy for her services, you will get a gift card. For leases $1100+, you will get $100. Leases under $1100 will get a $50.00 gift card.
To claim your gift card, please do the following:

Leave a review on our website. (If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know so we can try and make it right.)
Please let us know where you leased. Call, text, DM are all great.
If the property approves payment for our services to you, they will pay us in 30 to 180+ days. You will then receive the gift card.
